2.General Description
2.1 XV361A straight line beveling machine are used for grinding bevel and bottom edge of glass with different size and thickness.
2.2 Rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing of beveling edge and grinding of bottom edge can be completed in one time.
2.3 It is easy to adjust the feeding of motor in the all and the one and beveling angle while glass thickness is being changed.
2.4 Same thickness of glass sheet can be process continually. The brightness of finished surface will be almost the same as glass itself.
2.5 The processing speed is adjustable with a 2.2kw step-less motor which offers a wide range of speed selection.

2.6 Input and our put conveyors adopt timing belt which can improve the stability of transmission.

2.7 The grinding wheels are connected to the motors directly ,which is convenient to adjust and maintain.
At the same time,The large diameter cooling universal water pipe can cool down the glass and the grinding wheels quickly,which can provide the best polishing quality of Glass.

2.8 Front beam can be adjusted up and down which is suitable for processing small pieces of glass.
2.9 All of the spindles are ABB Germany motors.
